SG 19 range cases |
These attractively designed, professional cases,
lend themselves to a multiplicity of applications in the electronics field. They can be used in the standard 19” systems, or in more specifically
personalised applications by exploiting the various formats made possible by varying both the width and the height of these cases.
Also the possibility of choosing different colours (two colour models are also available), makes adapting the case to all requirements easier.
CHOICE OF HEIGHT AND WIDTH
The smallest SG 19 model available measures 44TE in width (TE = width unit; 1 TE = 5.08 mm.) and 3 HE in height (HE = height unit; 1 HE = 44.5 mm.).
These initial sizes can be varied with the addition of other pieces with the following sizes: 20 TE for the width and 1 HE for the height: the depth always remains 300 mm.
STRUCTURE
The cases are manufactured of hard, impact resistant polystyrene. Four acid-free rubber feet prevent the case from sliding. The upper part of the case can be removed by slackening the four stainless steel screws located on the sides. In this way, the internal parts are easily accessible for any possible maintenance. These cases conform to UL 94 VO specifications.
Any unit that can be inserted that conforms to the DIN 41 494 standards (German industrial standards) can be integrated into these cases.

| The case is supplied completely assembled (excluding the front and rear panels and is composed of: - The upper and lower part of the case - The front and side profiles - 8 flush hexagon screws - 2 sliding guides - 1 reinforcement profile (in the 104 TE cases upwards) - An appropriate number of sliding nuts for fixing the units to be inserted to the front profile - 4 feet | SPECIAL ACCESSORIES - Front and rear panels bored and with serigraphs - Oblique feet - Protective electromagnetic shielding. |
